2. ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS BEFORE THEY HAVE THEM
Educating your clients on your process, what to expect, the next steps, etc. will not only make them feel more comfortable with their purchase, it will also help them trust you as a business owner. My clients receive a session guide upon booking which walks them through what to expect and how best to prepare for their session with me.
3. UNDER PROMISE, OVER DELIVER
This age-old business saying will always ring true. For me, this means promising 50 images and deliver 60, promising a three week turnaround and delivering in two, etc. Find a way you can over deliver with each and every client, and make it a habit!
4. DO SOMETHING UNEXPECTED
